Coretrack Limited (ASX: CKK) has received an ASX 'speeding ticket' in the form of a Price and Volume Query, following the company's shares hitting $0.011 intra-day today, more than double the $0.005 closing price on the 21st October 2013.

Coretrack said it was not aware of any material information that has not been released to the market which could explain the sudden investors interest.

The company however did state in its response to the ASX that the first trial in the: Supreme Court Matter - Strange Investments (WA) P/L v. Coretrack Limited; started today, and is set for four days.

Coretrack also said that it is continuing to seek partnership opportunities to progress the development on its Core Level Recorder System (CLRS), along with merger and acquisition opportunities.
