A ''friends with benefits'' arrangement led to the Australian Defence Force Academy Skype scandal, a court was told. Cadets Daniel McDonald, 21, (left) and Dylan Deblaquiere, 20, (right) appeared before the ACT Supreme Court on charges of using a carriage service in an offensive manner. McDonald is also charged with committing an act of indecency on a fellow cadet. The court was told McDonald had sex with the woman, who was 18 at the time, as his friends watched through a webcam in Deblaquiere's room in March 2011. The court heard McDonald had entered into a ''friends with benefits'' arrangement with the alleged victim. But the woman set rules, including no one else at ADFA was to know. He related the sex pact to Deblaquiere, who told him to stream it on Skype. The case continues.
